DUI – A car fell into a side ditch while making a turn into a street. Witness was concerned that due to the observed erratic driving that driver might be intoxicated. Suspect driver was contacted, who agreed to a series of field sobriety tests, which he failed. Edward Martin Lauderbaugh of Unalaska, 50 yoa, was arrested on the charge of DUI and Driving Without a License. |
