The studio suite is a spacious room for the guest who is looking for an extra special getaway offering romance and a very relaxing atmosphere, (costing less than a hotel room). Upon entering your room, you are immediately enchanted with custom artwork specially designed for the room.

Before retiring for the evening, enjoy the jacuzzi built for two surrounded by a mural of Alaskan flowers, trees, mountains and a family of loons enjoying a peaceful swim on a still pond. (Designed by me, Debra and made by Jeanie Shirk.)

Set your mood with a CD that will serenade you with the call of the loon and other relaxing natural wildlife sounds. Then sit on the love seat couch and be mesmerized by the gas fireplace that will keep you toasty warm.

You'll be ready for a deep sleep on our special heat-sensitive memory foam mattress that helps to reduce stress on your body's pressure points.

The kitchenette is furnished with dishes, microwave, coffee pot and a small refrigerator for your special goodies. Also you will find cereals, juices, coffees, teas, hot chocolate, popcorn and other extras. (Don't forget the barbeque on the deck!)

In the morning, enjoy the sunlight as it peeps through the stained glass window that boasts the northern lights over Alaskan mountains with a bear in the foreground taking it all in. (Designed by me, Debra and made by Tom Shirk) This is not the only stain glass work in the room. Come, see and be surprised.

Also enjoy TV, with VCR and phone. You can hook up your computer or you are welcome to use mine for email or faxing.

Tired of being inside? Step out on your own private deck and enjoy the view of Seward, Resurrection Bay, Mt Alice and surrounding mountains (designed and made by God). (I do not sell this as a view room, but you can see the bay and mountains from the room. You'll even be able to spot two or three hanging glaciers. Your private yard is surrounded with bird feeders, lilac bushes and rose bushes. With a custom six foot wooden fence along the road side you will feel like you are in your own peaceful private world.

The private bath includes a shower.
