Welcome to the last design on the tour!
I know that you have seen this design already, but I figured that I would tell you the reasoning behind it. I wanted to see how good I could make a page work with 4 colors. My colors of choice are blue, green, black, and white. Personally I think it looks good, and until I think of a new design this is what I will stick with.
