Rooms on ground floor - handicap equipped:
1 Room with 2 queen size beds -- $125.00 ** 2 night minimum
1 Room with 2 full size beds -- $119.00 ** 2 night minimum
Rooms on 2nd & 3rd floor:
3 Rooms with 2 twin size beds -- $95.00 ** 1 night minimum
3 Rooms with 1 king size bed -- $109.00 ** best view! 2 night minimum
4 Rooms with 1 queen size bed -- $95.00 ** 1 night minimum
**WEEKLY RATE: Stay 7 consecutive nights ... only pay for 6!
The above listed rates are for 1 or 2 persons. Each additional person in a room is $20.00.
Cooper Landing has a 3% tax.
All rooms are smoke-free and have a private bath.
Enjoy our complimentary hearty continental breakfast from 7 - 10am.

Full kitchen, bath and living room -- many extras.
Single night -- $225.00
2 – 4 nights -- $215.00
Weekly rate -- $1200.00

3.) A MasterCard or VISA number with expiration date.
(We do mot run your credit card until your arrival.)
